He is survived by his wife, Rachel MacNeil, Elkton; daughters, Lisa MacNeil, Spring Hill, FL, Melissa Collins, Atlanta, GA ; sister, Betsy Bowen Concord, New Hampshire; brother, John MacNeil, Norwood, Massachusetts; sister, Marilyn Carr, Framingham, Massachusetts; brother Michael MacNeil, Syracuse, Indiana; brother David MacNeil, Northbridge, Massachusetts; grandson, Devin Flattery, Elkton. St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
